Inside Sales Technical Support
Location: Holbrook, Long Island, NY (Onsite)

Wet Technologies is seeking a motivated person who can thrive in a technical sales support role.

Basic Responsibilities:

  • Fielding and follow up of incoming inquiries.

  • Outreach to existing and new customers- experience in cold outreach including verbal and digital.

  • Daily interaction with our sales, marketing, and engineering, departments.

  • Assist in preparation of technical proposals and follow up.

  • Market research.

General Proven Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and electronic communication skills.

  • Neat, prompt, and organized.

  • Ability to multitask.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
